By plane
Tarom (Romania's national airline) has several flights a day between main cities of Romania.
By car
Roads, highways, mountain roads are in poor condition and full of pothole in Romania.
There are several rent-a-car companies in the bigger cities.
By bus
Travelling by bus is the cheapest and the slowest way of travelling, moreover bus service is not frequent at all as there are only two or three buses a day. Bus service is mostly used in villages.

You can find different kinds of trains such as personal train, accelerate (faster than personal train), rapid train and Inter-City. Seat reservation is included in the prices with the exception of personal train.
