Climate and weather in Romania
Romania has temperate continental climate characterised with hot summers with heavy storms and cold winters. There is a big difference in temperature and rainfall between Carpathians and Black Sea. In summer the temperature is between 23-35°C, while in winter it's between 0-10 below zero. The autumn and spring are milder and the temperature varies between 18-22°C. The average temperature in July is 22°C and -2°C in winter.
