By plane
There are several flights from the US and Western Europe to Bucharest and Timisoara.
Romania can be reaches in two hours from Europe as there are daily connections from Hungary, Germany, Austria and Italy to the main cities of Romania.
By car
Travelling by car to Romania is the fastest and the most comfortable way of travelling. You will need the following documents if you drive in Romania: vehicle's registration, proof of insurance and a valid driving license.

By train
Romanian National Railways (SNCFR) runs trains from Bucharest to many European cities.
Travelling by train takes 6 hours from Budapest to Timisoara and about 46 hours from London to Bucharest. It is a comfortable but not a fast way of travelling.
